SSIM training and consultancy division reached PAN India status -SSIM completed 161 training programs within 4 years for 35 clients covering 7 states also completed 8 consultancy projects in last 3 years.
SSIM has a training and consultancy division which was established in March 2009 with a full time Director. It takes up training for the corporate executives according to their need. We are very happy to inform that it completed 160 training programs till 8th Sep 2011, within a span of two years. As usual this academic year (till March 2012) also there are 30 training programs lined up. It has taken up the consultancies assignment in the areas of Brand Audit, HR Audit etc.
Currently it is doing three consultancy assignments, out of which one is with Goa Ship Yard Limited on the topic of Role Profiling and competency Mapping. It is also doing two surveys at NTPC Ramagundam on the topics of CSR need assessment and Social Impact of CSR activities of NTPC Ramagundam. Apart from these domestic programs,, we have also done two international training programs one for senior level executives of INDORAMA group at Bangkok, Thailand and the other is for Govt. employees of Royal Govt. of Bhutan.

I am extremely thankful to all the organizations which are supporting us to ensure good industry institute interface. The unconditional support it is extending in the forms of industrial visits, industry internship, live projects, guest talks and above all final placements are all commendable. Siva Sivani has been doing Management Development Programmes since its inception i.e., from 1992. It has done programmes for both public and private sector companies in various functional areas like Marketing, Human Resource Management, Finance, Operations and Behavioral sciences. SSIM faculty has expertise in the mentioned functional areas both conceptual and practical. 60% of the faculty joined Siva Sivani after working for two decades in the industry. The experience of the faculty ranges from 40 to 5 years. The faculty is a heterogeneous group consisting of people with experience ranging from 20 to 40 years working as Professors and Associate Professors and also faculty with experience of 5 to 15 years working as Assistant Professors. The training and consultancy has been done by the senior faculty for various companies. In the last three years (2009-10, 2010-11 and 2011-12) it has completed 123 training programs. Maharatna companies like NTPC, BHEL, IT giants like TCS, Tech Mahindra Satyam, Large corporate houses like Nagarjuna group, Lanco group, Pennar group, Infrastructure companies like IVRCL, TATA Projects, are extending their support either by outsourcing their training programs for Siva Sivani Institute of Management or by sponsoring delegates for the MDPs conducted at SSIM campus. With the vast teaching, research, training and consultancy experience, I am sure that our faculty can customize the programmes also on the basis of the training needs of the companies. We are ready to take up executive development programmes as per your needs. We have experts in operations, finance, marketing, IT, legal and other management functional areas and I am sure with this Intellectual capital we will rise up to your expectations and cater to your out sourced training programs.We have taken up consultancy cum training assignment for Goa Shipyard Limited on the topic Competency Modeling, Competency Assessment, Gap Analysis and Designing and delivering necessary training programs. Same exercise we are repeating for JK Paper Mills, Rayagada.Hence, we can assist you in TNA, designing and delivering appropriate training programs.
