In the post-reforms era, the corporates, with no exception, which became flexible, cost-conscious, competitive, customer-oriented and hi- tech, started offering on a platter, a slew of goods and services, to the irrepressible and indomitable customer. In order to equip the managers in competitive organizations, with knowledge, skills and attitude required for ably and effectively handling the pressures and opportunities, SSIM has come out with suitable MDPs.
