SSIM's PGDM programmes are rigorous one, where you will have to work very hard in a limited time, be a part of teams and deliver, assume leadership and think out of box. Industry puts a premium on your teamwork, leadership skills and your ability to innovate. SSIM's single most important objective would be to sharpen your skills in these areas. Our PGDM programs are participative programmes. You will be required to read, search, collect information and share and discuss your experiences and your learning with the instructors and rest of the classmates. It goes without saying that a lot of this will get accomplished only if you have good communication and interpersonal skills. I strongly advise you to start working on these skills, even before formally getting admitted into our PGDM programmes. SSIM's PGDM programme is also a collaborative one, where equal responsibility lies with the faculty and the student community for the success of the programme resulting in knowledge accumulation, sharpening of managerial skills and superior placements.
