Siva Sivani Institute of Management has designed and implemented a two-year full-time six trimester programme with over 40+ courses. IT & Systems courses are compulsory so that the students become competent to interact in a modern IT based environment.

The PGDM (Triple Specialization) - Approved by AICTE

This program prepares a student towards building multifaceted functionality. PGDM (TPS) is designed in such a way that has evolved from the needs of the industry, which is constantly looking for Managers with cross functional skills and equipped with IT acumen. A student of PGDM (TPS) has option of choosing one major and one minor specialization among Finance/Marketing/HR/System,ERP, along with one electives from Retail Management, Banking, Event Management, BPO Management, and Insurance Management etc. The Institute reserves the right to introduce new major and or minor electives whenever necessary.

PGDM (Marketing) with dual specialization with IT/BUSINESS ANALYTICS/FINANCE/HR/OPERATIONS – This course is approved by  AICTE

Responding to the market demand for highly specialized marketing personnel in the growing economy, we have introduced this highly specialized programme in marketing. We have started this highly specialized two year management programme in 2006 with the approval of AICTE. It also gives option for the students to choose one of the other specializations namely HR, FINANCE, OPERATIONS, BUSINESS ANALYTICS AND IT.  We have introduced this option to make the students to equip themselves with knowledge and application of the other specialization chosen by the student.  We have incorporated latest topics in this programme that includes Visual merchandising, Marketing of IT and ITES, Corporate communications, ERP, Field sales management etc.,  Students are exposed to the live projects from the corporate of varied sectors. In addition to the short term projects, students are supposed to do internship for a period of 60 days to make the student to learn on the job training and also to make the student to realize the actual functioning of the organization and to improve the marketing skills. We have incorporated various IT related courses that includes ERP for making the student fully competitive in the Technological environment.

PGDM (HR) with dual specialization with IT/Business Analytics/ Marketing/Finance/ Operations- Approved by AICTE
There has been a new trend in HR services in Indian Economy especially in the IT and other sector. Demand for HR professionals is increasing day by day in view of the liberalization and faster economic growth. We have started this highly specialized programme in HR along with one more specialization out of Finance /Marketing/Operations/ IT/ Business analytics to make them comfortable with other specialization along with HR specialization. We have incorporated the latest and global concepts in the area of HR that includes Compensation management, Psychometrics HR audit, Negotiating skills, managing diversity etc...  Each student is exposed to live projects, industrial visits in addition to the Industry Internship. A full-fledged course on ERP including live projects is part of the programme. This course is ideally suited for the students who are desirous of taking HR as career and also provides an opportunity to the students to look at other careers depending on other specialization chosen by the student.

PGDM (Banking, Insurance, Finance and allied services) - Approved by AICTE
This highly specialized program is introduced from the academic year of 2007-08. This programme encompasses all the finance related areas and we have included Banking and Insurance sectors as specializations in addition to core Finance. All the latest topic in Banking and insurance have been included and to name the few are

Risk management in Banks, Technology management in Banks, Claims management in insurance, Actuarial science etc., and in the area of finance, we have included important courses like Security analysis and portfolio management, Wealth management, Capital markets etc., This programme is highly intensive with three major specializations namely Finance, Insurance & Banking in addition to the general management papers.

Every student has to mandatory undergoes 8 weeks rigorous industry Internship Project and a Specialization Project at the end of the course.

Further, adequate emphasis is laid on Written Analysis, Business Communication and Personality Development, which together groom the students to thoroughly exploit their potential and develop their soft skills. Additionally, there is a unique book Review Session, conducted each term in their first year to encourage the reading habit and improve communication and presentation skills. Every student reviews one book per term (generally management-related or self-improvement oriented) and thus will have an opportunity to read/ present/hear abridged versions of over 360 books. In their second year, unique Article Review Session is designed to improve the contemporary knowledge. These initiatives will broaden their horizons and initiate a thirst for knowledge. Using Audiovisual aids, video recording the presentations of the students, evaluation of the presentation skills and giving an instant electronic media feedback by a team of two faculty members is a continuous process in the Institute.
