Message From Vice President
SSIM believes that the means for creating a better world is by investing in people through training and education particularly when the economy is more market driven and has to face up swings and down swings. “The mission of SSIM Executive Education is to disseminate through interactive training programs, the latest technical and strategic management know-how to the corporate executives and decision-makers for their professional and personal developments” The pace of reforms unleashed in India, in the wake of globalization and rapid liberalization, virtually set the tone for a major competitive environment, almost touching all spheres of activity – human, societal, economic, industrial and financial. In the post-reforms era, the corporates, with no exception, which became flexible, cost-conscious, competitive, customer-oriented and hi- tech, started offering on a platter, a slew of goods and services, to the irrepressible and indomitable customer. In order to equip the managers in competitive organizations, with knowledge, skills and attitude required for ably and effectively handling the pressures and opportunities, SSIM has come out with suitable MDPs. Leveraging on our core competence in various managerial knowledge inputs, we are able to design programs with a proper blend of conceptual and experiential learning.
The large pool of our faculty resources, drawn from industry and academic fields, can amply fit the requirements to deliver with a variety of pedagogical and training tools. In corporate training we help organizations to do gap analysis in terms of skill set and carry out extensive ramp up programs to suit the client project needs.
